Overview
The degree in Management aims to give graduates the main knowledge and basic skills regarding the main business functions, with particular focus on marketing, strategic management, national and international systems, business organization and information systems business.
The Management degree program trains students to be able to understand and interpret the changes taking place within the national and international economic system.
In this perspective, a graduate of Management perfects the knowledge of the English language, introduces the knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably Community, and is able to interpret the main economic trends to make management decisions, also using quantitative methods.
This course allows students who do not want to continue their studies beyond the three years access to the world of work , encouraging their placement in the widespread reality of small Italian companies, where it is necessary to have multiple “transversal” management skills and know how to apply them in various types of economic sectors.
The degree provides adequate basic training for the continuation of studies in various master’s degrees in the economic-business area.

Career opportunities
The Management Course aims to develop in graduates the ability to interpret the main economic phenomena, in order to understand the fundamental mechanisms of companies, to acquire adequate knowledge on the complex functions related to administration and management of companies and the main instruments applicable to the various management processes.
These capacities can be used in carrying out activities related to management and control, marketing of goods and services, and work organization.
The training profile lends itself to an immediate introduction of graduates in the labor market (for students who do not want to continue their studies beyond the three-year degree), either in private or public companies, to carry out activities related to managerial or business functions and in the liberal professions of the economic area.
Placement is also favored in the widespread reality of small Italian companies, where it is necessary to have multiple management skills and know how to apply them in various types of economic sectors, and, in particular, the most innovative companies, wheather private, public or non-profit bodies, with strategic and organizational development and innovation the primary source of competitiveness.
Furthermore, the training profile allows the continuation of studies in different Master’s Degrees in the economic-business area.
