Diploma di laurea triennale (o superiore) Students should provide evidence that in their 3-year Bachelor degree diploma they have acquired the following number of ECTS (in case of students outside the European Union, the equivalent number of hours of study) in these areas: - at least 36 credits of exams in Law area In particular, students should provide - at least 6 credits of exams in Private law; - at least 6 credits of exams in Business law; - at least 6 credits of exams in Administrative law: - at least 6 credits of exams in Criminal law. Requisiti linguistici

italiano Non-eu students residing abroad who would like to enroll in a study course completely taught in Italian, have to prove their knowledge of the language through an Italian language test. The test will be organized by CISIA, in collaboration with the University of Pavia. To find out the dates and how to register consult the website at this page . The following categories are excluded from this obligation: 1. students who intend to enroll in degree courses in English; 2. students in possession of an Italian language certification of level B2 or higher (such as CILS, CELI, Roma3 or PLIDA)

International students (EU/extra-EU) holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law area in non-italian University have to undergo the evaluation of their academic qualifications. Students must submit the following documents: - Scan of a their VALID passport or ID card. - Curriculum vitae in in English. - Scan of their transcript in English or Italian with exams taken, marks and credits. Final mark should also be included together with an explanation of the evaluation system. Panoramica

The Department of Law offers a Course for a Master Degree in Diritto della Prevenzione, dell’Innovazione e della Sicurezza per le imprese e l’Amministrazione pubblica. This 2-year second level degree is an intensive, full-time graduate program taught in Italian and centered around four main areas in legal education: civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal law.
This course is designed for graduates who are seeking a qualification in advanced areas of Law, with special attention to compliance, personal data protection, financial reporting
artificial intelligence, regulation of markets.

Among the possible professional opportunities offered, we list:

- Internal auditor: responsible for the control and improvement of the company’s internal procedures, in particular to the company’s financial statements and balance;
- Compliance officer: responsible for the legal integrity of the company, ensuring that each of its operations is carried out in compliance with national and supranational regulations;
