Overview
The degree program in “Matematica” aims to provide a balanced mathematical grounding, at post-secondary level, with attention to aspects, motivations and interdisciplinary applications in the current scientific contexts.
The proposed scheme, structured over three academic years, includes a large part common to all students.
The teachings, appropriately balanced in the various scientific-disciplinary sectors, are designed to allow the acquisition of a good command of the fundamental concepts and methods of the main theories, privileging the basic and didactically formative aspects and at the same time trying to promote awareness of the way that a mathematical problem can be tackled and solved.
