Entry qualification

Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Students should provide evidence that in their 3-year Bachelor degree diploma they have acquired the following number of ECTS (in case of students outside the European Union, the equivalent number of hours of study) in these areas: - at least 24 credits of exams in the Business / Management area - at least 12 credits of exams in the Economics area - at least 12 credits of exams in the Mathematics and Statistics area - at least 5 credits of exams in English language (in alternative, an internationally recognized certification of English language of at least B2 level) Provided that all the requirements mentioned above are satisfied, holding a GMAT certification is highly taken into account in the evaluation process. A high score (over 550) guarantees direct admission to the course. N. of SEATS AVAILABLE FOR NON-EU students: 50 Students who hold the minimal entry requirements and have correctly applied will then take part to a selection according to the criteria illustrated here. A score will be assigned: a minimal score of 32 points is required to get admission to the course. The Admission Committee may decide on organizing an interview in case they need more elements to assess the candidate’s study curriculum and assign a score. Send scanned copies of the original documents. In order to finalize your enrollment, you must submit the scanned version of your original documents to the Admission Office.

Throughout the application process, you will be required to upload the following documents: MANDATORY: - A scanned copy of your passport or identity card; - A scan of you Bachelor degree transcript supplied by your university reporting the individual exams taken (or to be taken if still graduating) , relative marks and numbers of credits (or study hours) for each exam. If you have more than one degree, you may upload more than one transcript, each as a separate file; - An excel file to be completed with all the exams from your transcript, divided and grouped according to the different subject areas specified in the file. Overview

MIBE is a Master Programme – Master of Science (MSc) | Laurea Magistralis – entirely taught in English which covers two academic years (4 semesters) and comprises activities for a total of 120 ECTs credits.

MIBE develops managerial capabilities for the governance of change within complex as well as multinational contexts. The program is inspired by principles related to: Exponential Organisations, Design Thinking, Global Culture & Diversity as a value, Agile Management, Digital Transformation, Lean Startup as a mindset for both small and giant companies, entrepreneurship/corporate entrepreneurship.

MIBE focuses on core topics in the area of International Management/innovation/Entrepreneurship, and then spreads out into three possible curricula: International Management, Digital Management and Sustainable Management.

LM+
MIBE can be activate as a “LM+”, a special Master’s Degree program made up of 5 semesters rather than 4. In the last 2 semesters students are offered a training period in a company, during which expenses are reimbursed. Learn more here.

DOUBLE DEGREE
The Department has successfully implemented a Double Degree program with prestigious Universities in 8 countries around the world. This bilateral agreement allows the students who participate in the program to obtain an Italian degree and the equivalent foreign title. Learn more here.
